 You’ll start by learning the definition of time management, the negative effects of poor time management, and the benefits of effectively allocating your time.  

 Thereafter, discover quick, easy methods for effectively organizing chores and understand internationally recognized best practices, such as WHO guidelines.  To increase your efficiency and focus, you’ll learn how to set SMART goals and prioritize your work. 

 Learn tried-and-true strategies for increasing productivity and planning, like the Ivy Lee Method, ABCDE Method, Eisenhower Box, and Pomodoro Technique.  Additionally, you’ll learn how to prevent outside distractions, fight procrastination, and increase productivity through organizing. 

 The Time Management course also covers team strategic planning and how to maintain a healthy work-life balance.  You will have the skills, techniques, and self-assurance necessary to effectively manage your time and do more with clarity and control by the conclusion.
